Layers Project

The layers project is intended to work on the techniques of layering within painting. Working digitally it is a known norm to separate work by layers, so I decided to challenge myself with a composition with 10+ layers. I chose to use Procreate (for iPad) to make a piece of a mountain biker manualing in the woods with the view being perpendicular to the rider. I chose a dark red color scheme for the environment and bright red/orange/beige color scheme to emphasize the rider. [2023]
