In AP Photography class we were tasked with making an image transfer onto a piece of wood. This was done with use of a print of a picture, matte medium, water, and a sponge. The picture would be adhered to the wood with the matte medium face toward the wood, let sit to dry, than scraped away by wetting the print and scraping it off with a sponge, let dry, and repeat again wetting and scraping away with a sponge. For my image I choose to alter it with an exacto knife and duplicate the image and invert it upside down leading a gap showing the wood. This was to play on the fact that the image was a picture of leaves starting to turn in season and that it was an image on a piece of wood in which both came from a tree.
